Another variant of the "sometimes" option suggestion that ppl actually carry out...
o Do you make any possible effort to fully identify and even *fix* what's causing the app to crash before reporting the bug?
@aaronco36 You're right - real life scenarios should probably include 2 more options: 1: sometimes and 2. I'm the master of the known universe, I debug the problem, write patch and submit pull request 😃

it depends heavily what it is. To microsoft? Why, they get payed to figure it out themselfs
