Yokohama has always been a Pokemon hotspot. They're IRL Vermillion City, and have the first Pokemon Center, but their presence is escalating at the moment.
On day 416 in Japan, I finally learned how to spell "怪獣" (kaijū). An arbitrary but fun milestone on the literacy journey.

Daikon 大根 radishes are awarded in lieu of medals. Lots of fun, but a shorter open course time than I'm used to in the US.

All set at The Tidewater Striders' Predict-Your-Time 2 Miler. She was shooting for 23:39 and I was aiming to McFly across the Finish at 19:55! (We both undershot by 2+ min).
