I can’t say enough how much I love @BrodieOnLinux videos to get a deeper dive on any of the issues and things happening on Linux.
I provide an general overview of most of these same topics, but whenever I want the complete details to build a more informed opinion, some fact checking, and making sure I don’t talk out of my butt, Brodie is THE source I go to.
@thelinuxEXP @BrodieOnLinux I JUST got recommended him on YT homepage, and I feel like this is one of the first times I've seen a react video to "trying linux" videos that actually had awareness of the issues and explanations for them, rather than just mocking the original creators
@EposVox @BrodieOnLinux Totally, his videos are always as objective as could be (we all have our biases, but he hides them better than most, myself included), and well informed!
@thelinuxEXP I don't think I always hide them, but I at least try to make it really obvious in cases where they are relevant.
Also just wanted to add, big fan of your work @EposVox your videos made buying a linux compatible capture card a much simpler process for me
@EposVox @BrodieOnLinux @thelinuxEXP In the world of Linux capture cards you really need to check out the Kondor Blue HDMI to USB-C "capture card"! Plug and play with Linux for one HDMI input and works flawlessly with OBS, Zoom, etc. for only $35 with no install necessary.
