@micahbp Meld is the main one, also does file comparison. There's also FreeFileSync if you want to sync two different folders - which I use a lot with portable hard drives.

@BenjaminNelan Thanks man! FreeFileSync may be just what I was looking for. External hard drives is what I'm working with! I just want to be able to merge folders so files that didn't exist before the original copy can get transferred to the server when a project is done.
