It's awesome to see @Thunderbird make Tech Radar's Best #opensource software of 2023 list (yes, I'm biased 😂)

BUT...

This list feels a little too easy, doesn't it? I would have included some less "obvious" but important stuff like Valve's #Proton, for example. Not only because of its impact on Linux gaming, but because 100s of open source devs are getting paid to work on it, which rocks!

Or great CMS platforms like #Wordpress or #Hugo.

@killyourfm I also love their use of the term "Increasingly accessible" as a reason to use Linux in the number 10 spot. Linux really is becoming more and more viable by the month for "normal people" to switch. I argue it's already there, but not everyone is me.
