How to fix the cops:
* Police officers need to have 2,500 hours of training minimum--cannot have a gun until 5,500 hours and a four year degree
* Police must wear bright yellow high-vis shirts at all time
* Police cars must look like the Fiat 500
* Police units must always be named after herbivores. Instead of the Scorpion unit, they are the Fawn unit, etc.
Policing must actively try to be unappealing to people with Macho Personality Disorder or nothing will ever get fixed.

@gardiner_bryant I agree that training is low. But I do argue the reason is more that there are wolves instead of sheep dogs being hired, if you will, in many cases. Macho is not the problem. We need macho with a heart for what's right.
