These accounts are created automatically on different instances and are used for sending SPAM with this same text.
There are memes circulating in some parts of Fedi already about Nicole and this wave of SPAM 😂
I only got this message once, ignored it and never got it again. I have a theory that blocking it gets you added to some sort of SPAM list and only makes things worse — but it's just a theory.

Yea blocking means you read it and the bot ops can see that, muting would be the way to go.
