NVIDIA clearly hasn't cared much about gaming in years.
4090 was a scam for gamers but stable diffusion got 2x faster than 3090 which was insane
Same thing with 5090. It's not a gaming card.

Fedi attitude towards Nvidia seems totally unreasonable to me: first people are complaining that gaming is dead ("gone woke" and all that), then exact same people are complaining about Nvidia targeting "AI" instead of games.
Besides, most games people here are playing are at least 3 years old, current cards probably cover the requirements of those just fine🤷

Some are. Half are simple, the others can't run on a 4090, like FFXVI...
