<<EU Commission urged to act over Elon Musk’s ‘interference’ in elections>>

I saw the headline and I'm, like, what is that interference they're moaning about. Then I started reading and of course! It's the German far right Nazi scum he's allowing to preach on ze twatterz! How dare he! 😂

No, I don't think allowing them preach is what they mean — he called AfD the only hope for Germany. Still not enough to call it election interference, but endorsing a party is a far shot from not censoring them.

@m0xee everyone has an option and everyone's entitled to express it, methinks.
I don't think musk's any different than any other human being in this respect. Except Tor the Chinese and north Koreans, of course lol

I'd agree with you if he was still just a businessman, but now that he is to co-lead his planned Department of Government Efficiency…
Being, effectively a state official, and endorsing a party in a foreign country — especially utilising the media he still owns as a businessman, that's… dodgy 😏
I'm not sure conflict of interest is a thing in the international law, but it's pretty damn close to it.

Besides if he's free to endorse a party, they are free to criticise him for it 🤷

@m0xee criticize him, sure. Fair game. But to call for legislative action against him is a different story.
