Funny enough, that's what Ukrainian sources were claiming from the get go, including mentioning Pantsir in particular.
So it's history repeating, with MH17 Russia presented multiple conflicting versions including the most bizzare ones, will Carlos make a reappearance this time or would they stop at birbs? 🐦
