Mouse acceleration is bad and you should feel bad if you helped write code to make it possible

It's not so bad when you have more than one 30" or bigger display and you want your mouse pad to last more than a year 😂
In games it's horrible of course.

Yep, it doesn't make any sense with smaller screen size, but when you have more screen real estate you either have to raise your mouse often to get to the other corner or you have to increase sensitivity and they you have to aim hard for smaller UI elements — both are even more annoying.
I'm not into mouse acceleration myself, but in some cases it's just a nice compromise.
