The joke is:
The "incel" stereotype guy is implying men are superior because they can work those hard jobs whereas women can't.
The woman, instead of saying women could work those jobs as well, rhetorically asks whether he (the incel) himself could work those jobs.
To which he reacts with defeat, because the incel stereotype is a man who's weak in body and soul and couldn't work such hard jobs either.
