@munir oh she's already deactivated, then you don't need to do anything else servers will process that just fine, unless you went through a really bad breakup and want to erase her from all your boxes

@munir deleting accounts is a destructive action even if you did manage to recreate the account it would be in a fucked up state on every other server because it's deactivated, server owners would have to reactivate that account manually

Can confirm — if your instance already federates with other instances and that user had already propagated there, even if you change something minor like lowercase letter in the name to upper in the id, that would already be trouble — sure you can do whatever you want right in the DB on your instance, but you can't do that in the DB of every instance you federate with.
