It's only good advice if you're already a sociopath. True — you can make the person be with you, but is it worth it if you have to do things you think are wrong and that you yourself don't enjoy to achieve that?
Goal being achieved with underhanded tactics always makes you feel hollow — a Pyrrhic victory 🤷
