I'm so comfortable with bsd and the fact it never changes the only reason I see myself going back to chinux is because of openbsds aids performance on my laptop
freebsd for the laptop could probably just mitigate that entire performance issue though

Just get hardware that's better supported by OpenBSD next time — that would solve the performance issue. Computers nowadays are so overpowered anyway that I can hardly imagine that being a major issue, the lack of a mature Bluetooth stack might be a problem for some though.

@m0xee @histoire don't the devs use old Thinkpads..? I'm using an x220 and performance is just plain sluggish sometimes when doing basic internet browsing and stuff
