I only know one that just doesn't — Gentoo Linux. No matter how much effort you put into it!
Sometimes it gives you a feeling that you're almost there, that you would finally be able to use you computer instead of spending all the spare time on fixing it — just another tiny push… But alas… everything starts segfaulting! Gear up with gdb — you've got rebuilding hundreds of packages to do 😩
