@PeterPower bread is the worst food on earth, it's dry and toxic. it's literally ground up manmade seeds that don't even exist in nature - moistened into a sludge and then hardened into a brick. of course it's a choking hazard for kids because you need lots of water to get it down. it's full of antinutrients giving them iron deficiency anemia, will ruin their gut too giving them depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, make them really uneasy and misbehaved.
everyone's been brainwashed into consuming grains with every meal even though humans are carnivores and if you didn't encase all the meat you're eating in antinutrients and toxins then you wouldn't have all these chronic illnesses.
feed your kids lots of meat and no grains, everyone will be impressed with how much bigger your kids are compared to theirs at the same age, they'll be better behaved, ect.

@mactonite@bae.st @PeterPower@poa.st I had my mother force me on keto, calling how I have an "allergy" on grains too.
When I got access to bread I felt much better.

@iska @PeterPower that's an addiction. bread has opiates in it, that's why it's an appetiser. it also numbs your insides so you don't know about the damage it's causing.
@mactonite @iska To be honest a child should be breastfed until they self-wean, to ensure they get the nutrients they need to get a good start off at life and ensure their intelligence is more likely to be better - then you should introduce food.

>humans are carnivores
Humans are not carnivores - humans are omnivorous.

Humans evolved to eat a variety of foodstuffs including; vegetables, meats, fruits, roots and grains.

Obviously you will suffer health problems if all you eat is grains, but grains will not cause you any damage unless you are a Coeliac and you consume Gluten.

>force me on keto, calling how I have an "allergy" on grains too. Any time I got access to bread I felt much better.
Bread does have plenty of energy and it is now required to be fortified, so it isn't surprising that you felt much better when you got something in addition to a terrible diet.

>bread has opiates in it
No it doesn't.

The only bread-related thing I can think of that has opiates is poppyseed bread, due to the naturally occurring levels of opiates in poppies, but the amount is so little it has no measurable effect (all that amounts of opiates do is trigger over-sensitive opiate tests).

>it also numbs your insides so you don't know about the damage it's causing.
You really love making shit up don't you?

Bread is less rough on your insides than meat and bread is much softer than meat.
@Suiseiseki @iska if you feed a wolf bread it doesn't magically become a omnivore. you're following a manmade diet, it's unnatural and therefore unhealthy. bread doesn't exist in nature and humans aren't designed to eat it. what's natural for an animal is what's healthy for it. now if you'll excuse me i'm off to eat ribs.
