I really hate how you always need to provide your phone number if you want to do anything online. Then one of the 500 databases gets leaked and you will get spam calls and messages until the end of time

I have a separate number for it and a SIM-card I do not normally use, it's in a separate phone and I only enable it when I need to log into one of these "services". Now they are threatening to take it away from me and get that number blocked because I refuse to provide the carrier with up-to-date data on my real life identity, lol 🤣
Yep, not exactly what most people are willing to go through 😅
