With Belarus there always were loopholes. But they started cracking down on it last year, I'm not sure what the current state of affairs is TBH

Was I ever? I know a guy here who is from Norway, but lives in Spain, but no one who would even fit that description. If I did, I must've been very drunk 🤪
The closest I ever was to the Nordic countries is my own instance's language being detected as Norsk and I have no idea why either.
I don't think I'd even qualify to pass as one — I barely know the language — a few words maybe 🤣

I think you can still freely drive up to the Polish border in Belarus and ask for asylum. That’s of course unless you’re actually mobilized into army, in which case travel abroad is banned in Russia.
