It's not like they are electing them, both Erdogan and Orbahn have obvious autocratic tendencies, in Turkey there was even this coup attempt not long ago: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_Turkish_coup_attempt
And Orbahn is… Well, Orbahn 😄
I think not electing then would require more serious effort than just voting for another candidate.
