In Moscow it's more like ~70k for a man, which makes life slightly more bearable, but still: you pay for utilities (if you're lucky enough to own your concrete box), make four of these tours to the supermarket — and that's it. But somehow you have other expenses too so those who have average salary don't spend that much on food.
