They just don't have the tools for it… yet. Windows 11 and that Chrome shit that facilitates checking whether you are using official Google-supplied binary are stepping stones to just that.
@m0xee @lynnesbian they absolutely could stop you from using that ancient browser for their website and always have because user agents exist and always have.
