None are both good and cheap.
I find that self hosting is the ultimate solution and it's cheaper in the long run, as you don't have to pay monthly rent aside from maybe power (but you live in the forest with self-sufficient electrical generation right?).

I should move my XMPP and email there too.. once I install gentoo-libre or guix on the upgraded machine
