@m0xee I am just doing a little work around the yard today. Putting a roof and some walls on a doghouse frame I built and maybe trying to cleanup the green house and start a few cabbages or something before it's too late. Nothing serious.
My finger will be fine. Yesterday it was getting kinda bad and the inflammation was actually preventing decent blood flow but I took some nsaids and everything calmed down. It's still a little swollen today but I can move it more comfortably and it isn't discolored like it was. The heat of the inflammation has also died down and I think the risk of major infection has passed. Dog bites are kinda risky even when they aren't particularly bad bites. It was my fault. I literally gave her the finger to chew on.
The yellow jacket couldn't get a good sting either because I was wearing gloves designed for handling bees. It was weird because my finger went numb and felt weird but never felt like I was getting stung. I looked down and the yellow jacket was just sitting on the finger of my glove stinging repeatedly.
