) perspective, which makes it attractive for those who want to build things from the ground up β problem is, there are few people like that, most are interested in using something that is only slightly better than what they already have.

@thatguyoverthere Problem is, modern protocols and even hardware require a lot of workarounds to function properly in real world scenarios, but linux kernel had already accumulated a sizeable momentum in this regard, which makes it a more attractive choice to most, despite it being an absolutely horrible piece of garbage π€·
