So I wondered whether there is a cloud thing for photo sharing that is capable to embed watermarks automatically upon upload.
Seems like an obvious feature, but does it exist?
I also wonder which self-hosted cloud thing is currently recommended? Preferably easy to set up and little maintenance effort required.
Even better if it supports the above feature :)

If it runs uses something external like ffmpeg to remove geotags and other metadata you can just add a filter to that. I know how to do it for Pleroma, but I'm not familiar with photo thingies, I don't even know what Pixelfed is written in TBH 😄
@m0xee Or imagemagick I guess, which is in use almost everywhere. The question is whether such a cloud thingy offers access to script it.
