Finally, Russian FSB arrests Russian war criminal Igor Girkin.
Not because of his involvement in the downing of civilian aircraft MH17 in 2014 killing 298 people — that was fine with Putin — rather, he is being arrested for "extremism" after criticizing Putin's war effort for being too weak.

Probably even that isn't the real reason, he's been calling it too weak well since late last spring, yet he had been still kept alive and free.
Either this rhetoric is no longer considered safe after Prigozhin's "mutiny" or something else altogether 🤷
