@ChristopherBRobin up Putin's sleeve either, he does a decent job giving off this impression, but it's precisely what it is and he knows that better than anyone. Full mobilization might have made a difference last year — now most know it's just a meat grinder and will do their best to avoid it. Economy isn't in best shape either — to say the least, absence of young males: who are either dead or had to flee the country is a showing.
