@thatguyoverthere Exercises at the gym are usually safer for your joints than general-purpose heavy lifting while doing your chores. But I doubt that most of those who go to the gym even thing about it under this angle β they often do their exercises improperly anyway π
@thatguyoverthere Yeah, the body adapts to the lifestyle you're living, and going to gym you're like trying to cheat it into adapting to something else, I've always found it kinda stupid.
No, having some exercise is okay, but some go way overboard with this.
