@gordoooo_z You should definitely give it a try! I think it's a great software that revolutionized DAWs as much as ProTools did in its time. Once you familiarize yourself with it, it gets really comfortable to use, every UI function is mappable to MIDI control (Cmd+M) or keyboard (Cmd+K if I recall correctly) just make a setup you feel comfortable with for your track, maybe some pre-recorded sequences, then hit record and improvise, and of course it's easy to edit and re-arrange everything later
@gordoooo_z I started using it some time around version 4 (demo of it came with a lot of MIDI controllers at the time) and very soon it became my main tool of trade. Although I do think that they've made UI worse since version 8 (which was somewhat slow, but otherwise perfect), they have added a lot of useful things since then, but it just made UI less consistent. I haven't upgraded to 11 yet — even with huge discounts, I have other things on my plate right now 😅
