buy a decent microphone
mix it down to mono
pan it dead centre
DO NOT set up a stereo mic pair around your desk and then spend all your time hovering at one side of it!
your listeners using headphones will thank you.

For some reason I was thinking about ones who have proper mics, but instead of just using it set up a multimic array… just because they are too cool to go the obvious route 😅
@m0xee i think more often they're just using their camera's mics to make stereo field recordings... which is just lazy in an environment where they could have a proper mic set up
