Just to check if he's not that guy who is a convicted sex offender working for RT (he's not, that would be Scott Ritter, I just couldn't recall his name), I looked his name in Russian up on Twitter. What a sight to behold: all the Russian state media, all these accounts who have hundreds of followers, but no comments to their posts… are pushing what he said 🤣
