Name one overhyped technology that you believe has some real merit, even if it's not going to live up to the overblown hype surrounding it.
Then name one overhyped technology that is pretty much all hype and will end up being a passing fad.
BONUS: Name an overhyped technology that is too early to have merit this time but will eventually break out of repeated hype cycles to have a lasting impact.

@Sire I've been watching that since the 90-ies. AR/VR never take off, yet every decade they make another attempt at it. I admit, maybe some technology is still not there, but maybe, just maybe it's a thing that looks cool in sci-fi movies only and no one wants it in reality? 🤔
Remember photos taken with early cameraphones? They were crap! Most still liked the idea. But maybe VR is still too expensive for wider audience, I don't know 🤷
