I've decided to set my account to manually approve followers. If you don't have any posts/a blank profile, I'll most likely deny your follow request. If your account promotes bigotry/homophobia/transphobia/etc, I will block you. Also, if your profile promotes cryptocurrency/NFTs, I will also block you. I will also likely not accept follow requests from journalists, public figures, brands, or corporate accounts.
