@neglesaks microsoft moment. supposely the services to run phone link is still in win10 ltsc. DESPITE the fact ltsc cant run applications requiring modern msft frameworks (i dont even have webview2 installed). same for xbox services trying to hook when those arent even in win10. the xbox settings are still in the settings too.

I think you can use group policy to hide it — at least that's what I did with this "Your Phone" when it was called that. I didn't even know they've renamed it to Phone Link — I've uninstalled it ages ago.
I've also removed Microsoft Chrome, WebView2 and whatnots. I have to admit, Windows isn't half bad without all the bloat 🤓
