There's a bug in the portal which is preventing me from using it. I've reported it, and if they come back at me and tell me to try using Chrome, I'll say that our IT department has banned the use of Chrome. They don't need to know I'm the IT department.
(The bug is server side, and is repeatable in a supported browser, but I broke the IT department's rules on allowed browsers to test that, and now I have to report myself to IT security, which is also me.)
