Is it possible to smoothly move one's Mastodon account to another server if the target instance is blocked on the origin instance?

Moving to an instance blocked by your original instance is some seriously machiavellian shish 😅

I then decided to move to an inconspicuous instance with good reputation that I remembered to have had a backup account registered long time ago...only to find out that this backup instance has also been suspended recently. 
So I asked the admin politely to unlock me for the the moving procedure and granted that the rest went like a charm.
Tbh. I doubt my request would have been granted if I had intended to move here...

Oh, don't worry, it was just a joke. I'm pretty sure you have good reasons to do it, but if you don't know the backstory, it sound like a cunning thing, you know, like switching sides in a battle 🤭

I thought I'll just move out silently and in the end I had to say "g'day, would you mind open the door for me because I want to leave you, things haven't been so well between us lately, k thx bye" 😬😅
