My Deathadder has kicked the bucket, first going for doubleclick on the left button and then for no click.
The cheap phone strategy worked quite well for me, why not give cheap mice a try? I had a huge discount on this rodent — Microsoft Ergonomic Mouse that is, got it for less than $10, MS store lists it at $40. It's nice, but the cable is not braided and the sensor is awful, certain area of my mousepad that makes it go crazy. Maybe I should use old wireless Lancehead that turned wired instead🤷

Ha-ha-ha-ha! Razer Synapse actually had such a feature, they've collected stats: which keys you press more often, which parts of screen you mouse cursor is more active at, etc.
I'm not sure this data was sent somewhere, but maybe it was. It was controversial to say the least and I think they've removed it since then, but who knows, maybe they still collect it, they just don't let you know 😅

This old-school hardware firewall does wonders 😅

Oh, yes, this one's perfect!
I wish we could always use the best tools for the job, but sometimes you just have to go for the one you have on hand 😅

Now what if I told you that there is a potential for it to send every mouse movement you do to Microsoft and potential for Microsoft to generate a profile from the characteristics of your mouse movements and to sell this data&profile to web developers so they can know that it is you merely by your unique usage of the mouse?
