@futzle My cats only sleep if they are completely confident they did everything they could to lure me into playing with them and it didn't work.
One of them always caries this fishing rod toy around and brings it even at night time when you wake up to go to the toilet. What if you don't fall asleep and here is a toy just in case. Why not? 😹
