Something like that! Like wheat, like buckwheat? No, it may look a little bit like wheat and tastes somewhat similar to buckwheat, but it's something better — polba/emmer. Not really popular nowadays even in Russia where it is part of the culture as dish similar to mine is mentioned in popular fairy-tale by Alexander Pushkin.
Now it's mostly forgotten, but I think everyone is missing out as it's rich in protein, really nutritious and tasty 😋
