@thor It's always annoying when you enjoy your beer hobby for a couple of days and then you discover a fridge half-full of expired food. Always makes me feel guilty 😅
I don't think it's that bad with sauce — the expiry date is for the store to know when to stop keeping it. These things usually have lots of preservatives in them, as long as it was in the refrigerator, I think it's fine.
