@PinochetsCommieCopter milk impacts the environment more than milkshakes? jesus thats retarded

@gav Not really! Milkshake has sugar in it, so more calories than just milk. I can drink less milkshakes to have the same amount of calories than if it was plain milk.
I think this is what they mean. And I don't see a word about it being healthier in the original post. More sustainable for the environment doesn't mean it's more healthy for you, in fact it might be the exact opposite.
@PinochetsCommieCopter

@m0xee @PinochetsCommieCopter its nore processed than milk, and a lot of times they use ice cream, if its cane sugar it might skew more in processing but theyll have heavily processed things like beat sugar corn syrup added soy and safflower oil to make ot have less saturated fat, all of this should greatly increase effects on the enviroment from industry compared to plain seperating and pasturizing
@m0xee @PinochetsCommieCopter to be clear theyre almost even on the chart milkshake is only slightly lower but milk should be lower instead and a lot lower

@gav
You might be right, but I don't have the data they used to make this chart so I can't go into details. What I mean is that it doesn't look like a blatant bullshit to me. Although their cow-bashing bias is clearly visible 😅
And the message that party food is healthy is just not there.
@PinochetsCommieCopter

@m0xee @PinochetsCommieCopter i just want to complain and mock, i know that their entire theory is methane bad and that they dont consider the effects of manuer
