Some developers are not willing to invest extra time to comply with restrictions and provide support for these builds. Copy🐈🐈 don't have any problems as they are not planning to provide any support at all. It's a question of customer's false expectations — if cases like that are likely to happen why not act beforehand and put it in the store's policy? 🤷
