It's so weird that left wing party Labour NZ did some actual left-wing stuff and got a huge majority, and then pivoted to ruling out doing pretty much anything that might impact the precious status quo and consequently didn't get those votes? SO WEIRD. If only lessons could be learned from this, but alas, the reasons why this happened will forever remain a mystery.

Remember folks, if the violence against civilians is carried out by state actors, it isn't terrorism, by definition. When the state kills masses of civilians, that's just...uh...business as usual. We don't even have a special word for it. This is all, of course, complete and utter bullshit.

Yes, there is a "both sides" aspect to this, in that both sides obviously engage in terrorism. But we can certainly say that the terrorism of the Israeli gov't has (up till now) been the more effective, as the expanding settlements show.

So I say we condemn all terrorism, and the greater and more effective the terrorism, the greater the condemnation.

There's a design proposal out for supporting "operator sync" in #Abra.

I also want to encourage anyone who’s a content creator for YouTube to also put their content on a PeerTube instance.

And yes, there’s no ad revenue on PeerTube. That’s a good thing though. No ads means people see your video right away. No pesky ads interrupting your videos flow. You’d have to rely on donations. Which most YouTubers already do anyway.
