Anarchafeminists in Miami dropped a banner in defense of trans kids. 
Fascists across the country are preventing trans kids from accessing healthcare. Often, transitioning before puberty is critical to reducing trans suicide rates. 
This as the war against the trans community in Florida, especially targeting trans kids, has finally turned the tide. DeSatan succeeded in banning nearly all gender affirming care for teens, but fascists continues to lose in the streets and our communities. Anarchists and antifascists are everywhere, we are powerful, and we will not stop.

So it's not even like we don't already know this is a problem. No one can, essentially, pretend to drive during 95 percent of a trip and then fully take over for the 5 percent of the time that random things happen the autopilot can't handle. You have to go straight from the human doing most things and the computer assisting to the computer doing it all, all the time. Trying to half-ass it like Tesla is doing is guaranteed to cause accidents.

I said awhile back that given that the US has had far more people die of covid than China, despite our much smaller population, that I would trust the Chinese gov't to handle covid much more than I trust my own gov't to. Well, it looks like I was being a bit too optimistic, as the Chinese authorities have apparently decided to ape our disastrous policies and public health messaging. No matter how pessimistic I get, it's impossible to keep up.

People in #Montreal rallied and blocked the port in solidarity with Wet'suwet'en Indigenous water protectors under attack by Coastal GasLink.
