Reminder: eIDAS, which the EU recommends as the "privacy-preserving solution" to this, is not sovereign, it has a hard (and intentional!) dependency on remote attestation powered by Google and Apple. My position is "no genAI, thanks". I have examined my own thinking, and my conclusion remains the same.
