HI everybody,

I am considering opening up a shop that will initially sell at the small local markets that happen around where I live and online. The idea is for it to cater for a niche market: books and illustrations, DIY, music, anarchy, zines, underground art, games for families, nerdy stuff, all things weird. A kind of gift shop that focuses on the off the beaten track stuff. For adults, for teenagers, for kids.

Of course such a space needs to be carefully curated. It is a long process that involves a lot of work and inspiration. The main aim of this shop won't be to make a profit (although of course that would be very welcome), but rather to act as physical space where people with similar interests in the area where I live can find each other. Part shop, part infoshop.

So am now asking all you cool people of the fediverse for inspiration and ideas! If you have any recommendations for any cool stuff stuff that might fit it in descriptions given, please fire away! book titles, cool art, educational cool games for kids, cool gadgets, toys for kids and and adults, weird things etc I will consider everything !

It's egregious not because it flouts international law (god knows we've done that enough times), but because it also violates US laws and US norms, where the President would normally keep US lawmakers informed (at the very least). I demand the immediate impeachment, arrest, and trial of all Trump administration officials involved in the war crimes which took place in Venezuela over the last several months. This is a clear abuse of power, and it obviously amounts to war crimes.
