Taking a moment to lay aside how much support Joseph Biden does or doesn't deserve, you know what I would like to see?

A progressive and/or supermajority in the United States Congress and the legislature of every state. A left-leaning mayor for every town in America. School boards that support kids' eduction and emotional development instead of getting in the way.

If you have to do a Google search, use “before:2023" at the beginning of your search string. You get a completely different (and IMO much more usable) set of results.

New Zealand's health care system isn't the best in the world but it's not terrible. Got an appointment immediately with my local doctor. Got tests done and got a prescription. The whole thing took an hour and cost $19.

Hot Shots Racing on Steam just went on sale for $2, so I picked it up and gave it a go last night. Definitely worth the price, especially if you're into flat-shaded polygons (i.e. grew up in the 90s) and drifting.
