@stux @andijah People please... donate to your instance admins! They run these services out of the goodness of their hearts and are true heroes!
If everyone on the instance just donated ONE EUR/GBP/USD... a month then it would go a looooong way to keeping the instance secure into the future.

Now...single instance users, you interact with these instances right? So why not donate to them so your contacts using these instances can be kept online for as long as can be!?

It becomes mostly about the USA, which is interesting for a European - didn't know about the Johnson-Forest Tendency, for example.

I suspect though, it'll end as a historical romp rather than an acute analysis.
