A group of people pooled an equal amount of money together, and members willing to pay the highest interest could borrow it.
The proceedings from the interest was then distributed back to the members of the circle.
Really cool!
The problem with touch-free switches is that people still insist upon touching them. Maybe they should make them truly touch-free, i.e., no manual on/off.
